Stefania Grigoriou MSc
Ms. Stefania Grigoriou is a Sports Psychologist and a PhD researcher at the University of Thessaly, Greece. Her scientific career begun at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki where she was awarded a BSc in the field of Psychology. After she completed her Master’s degree in the field of Sports Psychology at the University of Thessaly, she worked as a Sports Psychologist supporting athletes from various sports and levels including athletes competing in the Olympic games.
Since 2012 she is also pursuing a PhD in the field of Clinical Exercise Sciences at the same university. She has published many research articles in field of Psychology and Exercise Sciences. She also contributes expert articles to various sites and blogs in issues related to mental health and motivation.
Ms. Stefania Grigoriou is a great swimmer and she enjoys biathlon and triathlon activities.
