Personal Coaching

This type of online service provides athletes with a virtual personal coach and a customized training plan carefully designed to meet an athletes’ aims, abilities and schedule.

 

How does it work?

  • The athlete selects one of the available plans (Standard or Premium) and the duration of the training support (from three months to one year)

  • Head coach Dr. Sakkas personally communicates with the new athlete to acquire all the essential information related to the training plan via skype and email

  • Optionally, an interview will be held by our Sports Psychologist to delineate the psychological profile of the athlete

  • Within a week from enrollment the first training plan will be available to the new athlete.

  • Training will be divided into periods depending on the athlete’s training goals and specific characteristics (Macrocycles, Mesocycles, Microcycles).

  • The year plan will be divided in basic, specific and specialized training as well as the competition period.

Group Coaching

This type of online service is suitable for group of friends who are looking for a structured and apnea specific group training plan. The Head coach will communicate with every group member in person in order to assess each group member’s needs and goals. All communication will be made through a  designated “group captain” who will represent  the whole group.

 

How does it work?

  • Group members will select one “Group Captain” as a representative of the whole group (max 8  members).

  • Head coach Dr. Sakkas will communicate with the Group Captain as well as with each athlete in order to acquire the essential information related to the training plan via skype and emails.

  • The group selects the duration of the training support (from 6 months to one year)

  • Within 2 weeks from enrollment the first training plan will be available via email to the Group Captain.

  • Training plans will be the same for all the group members

  • Training will be divided into periods depending on the group’s training goals and characteristics (Macrocycles, Mesocycles, Microcycles).

  • The year plan will be divided in basic, specific and specialized training as well as the competition period.
